The practical things.

How the work is printed, packed and sent into the world.

01

Shipping

Prints are usually produced within 2–4 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin once production is complete. International orders may be subject to local duties or taxes.

02

Returns

Because each print is made to order, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days where local law requires. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The print must be unframed and in original condition.

03

Damaged orders

If a print arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the studio within 7 days with photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Frequently asked

A few answers.

Is Bobbie Berlin a real artist?+

Bobbie Berlin is a fictional character created by author Julianna Helen. Her world brings together art, fashion, vintage finds and storytelling. The limited-edition prints are created from Bobbie’s point of view and the imagination of Julianna Helen.

How are the prints made?+

Each edition is printed to order using archival pigment inks on smooth, natural-white 200gsm fine-art paper. This giclée process preserves subtle colour transitions and brush detail without a glossy finish.

Will my print be signed?+

Prints include a studio authenticity card carrying the Bobbie Berlin signature mark. Hand-signed painting editions may be released separately and will be clearly described.

Does the print include a frame?+

No. Prints arrive unframed so you can choose a frame that suits the work and your space. Standard sizes make local framing straightforward.

Where is my order produced?+

Orders are routed to a specialist production partner near the destination whenever possible. Current fulfilment regions include the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia, with worldwide shipping.

Can I change or cancel an order?+

Contact the studio as quickly as possible. Production begins soon after payment, so changes are not guaranteed once an order enters print.
